Diesel engine oil leakage treatment

Diesel engines are the most widely used power element in agriculture, and most agricultural machinery relies on diesel engines. However, diesel engine oil leakage is also common. How to save fuel costs, please handle it wisely according to the following situations.
1. Oil return to the fuel injector: The fuel injector is a precision component. If the diesel engine uses unclean diesel or the machine is used for a long time, oil will return due to wear of the injector. However, since replacing the fuel injector is expensive and uneconomical, in order to avoid oil leakage, the oil can be led back to the fuel tank through the oil return pipe, or a diesel filter can be introduced. If the oil return pipe is damaged, you can use a section of plastic pipe to introduce the oil into your own container, filter it and then pour it back into the tank.
2. Oil leakage in the oil delivery part: Appropriate treatment can be carried out according to the situation: the washer of the hollow screw of the oil delivery pipe is uneven. You can remove the washer, grind it flat and then replace it. If the problem still cannot be solved, you can replace it with a new one, or use a thicker soft one. Cut the plastic material into a gasket and replace it with a gasket. Oil leakage at the joint between the plastic oil pipe and the metal is mostly caused by the hardening or cracking of the plastic oil pipe. You can cut off the hardened or cracked parts, then scald them with hot water until they are soft, and install them on the metal joint while they are still hot. Tie it up with metal wire; if the metal oil pipe breaks and leaks oil, the rupture can be welded with brazing. In addition, in order to prevent the oil pipeline from rupture, when installing the oil pipeline, the curvature should be appropriate, do not force the installation, and the pipe body should not be in contact with the fuselage to avoid wear and tear.
3. Valve chamber cover leaks oil: When the valve chamber cover is installed, if the tightening force is too large, it will easily deform and leak oil. At this time, you can remove the leaking valve cover, carefully hammer and shape it with a wooden stick to make the contact surface flat, and then put a gasket on it and install it.
