Normal wear caused by long-term use of diesel generators or abnormal wear caused by improper maintenance will cause longitudinal scratches on the cylinder liner of the diesel engine, and the cylinder diameter and piston side clearance will exceed the specified value, which will reduce the supporting force of the piston ring accordingly, resulting in unclean oil scraping. Or because the supporting torsion spring inside the oil ring is disconnected at the oil ring opening position, the oil is not scraped cleanly and participates in combustion, resulting in serious fuel consumption symptoms, manifested as difficulty in starting the diesel engine, obvious blue smoke from the exhaust pipe, and serious oil spraying from the respirator. In addition, when the piston should be on the upper side, due to the reverse direction during assembly, the combustion chamber will be in an inverted state. When the temperature drops suddenly, the diesel medium temperature is lower than the cold filter point, and viscosity will occur, and the refueling speed will decrease; the viscous medium causes the diesel generator set to be unable to be transported normally, and it will not be able to enter the engine after passing through the diesel filter, resulting in difficulty in starting the diesel engine. The ordinary method of adding insulation cotton is not advisable in cold environments. The use of electric heating insulation can solve the problem of viscous media. By installing an electric heating insulation device on the diesel pipeline, the temperature of the diesel added to the fuel tank is higher than its cold filter point, maintaining the normal transmission of diesel, and can also improve the efficiency of throttle refueling in low temperature environments to a certain extent, effectively solving the problem of diesel engine starting difficulties.
