Dry Self Priming Pump

Nowadays, many clients desire to use self priming water pump for easy operation, not willingly to fill water pump priming water manually, so our dry self priming pumps can meet requirements world widely. The self priming pump is installed one vacuum pump to move air in the pump body and suction hose, no need workers filling water. One non return valve is installed at the outlet port with flange fixed between pump and outlet pipe fitting. When water is full and no air in, run the diesel engine continuously, then open the valve step by step, then raise running speed making water discharged as rated outflow. The other advantage is that the vacuum pump can help to raise suction lift to reach 8-9m.

1. Excellent performance of self priming

Mechanical seal ensures non leakage of air and liquid. Initial use, should put water into pump chamber stored in it, next time self priming.

2. No clogging

Semi-open impeller structure makes large outflow way, allows max solid diameter around 76mm. Furthermore, we can install foot valve filter at end of suction hose to reduce solid into pump body.

3. Working conditions: temperature ranges 5-60 ºC, PH5-8

4. Working material: fresh water, sewage water, rain water and similar.

5. Max working altitude: 1000m. If higher, the engine should replaced by bigger power.

6. Outflow range: 100m3/h – 2000m3/h

7. Head lift range: 10-35m (outlet pressure 1-3.5bars)

8. Customized standard: casing body and impeller, steel shaft. OEM accepted stainless or bronze model.
