Main Features
1. Diesel engine installed can be Cummins, Perkins, Deutz, Volvo, CAT, ISUZU, Yanmar, Weichai, Yuchai, Ricardo, China made brands. Reasonable equipment ensures good performance and fuel saving.
2. If client's working area needs higher suction lift, we can install vacuum assistant system to raise suction to be 9m around.
3. Optional vacuum assist system:
The self-priming height can be raised to 9 meters, which is especially suitable for sewage discharge with a lot of sundries in the liquid.
4. We can offer different suction hose. If heavy duty and long time in use, normally use rubber wire and cloth reinforced hose; if medium use and not so long time, normally use PVC wire reinforced hose and wire reinforced PVC transparent hose. If stationary use in factory or mine pump house, you can use iron of HDPE pipe.
5. Different size of delivery hose can be offered, ranging 2-26inch model. Normally lay flat hose. Surely we can offer HDPE pipe, rubber hose and PVC hose as well as fire fighting hose.
6. Normally, it's better to install one foot valve filter to prevent big solid, long fiber, cloth and large plastic material into water pump body. We can offer iron foot valve 5-26inch model.

Operating Conditions
● Liquid temperature: 0ºC-40ºC, medium density: ≤1.2x103kg/m3, pH value 5-9.
● Volume ratio of medium solids: ≤2%.
● Maximum particle diameter: 6/8/10/12" ,Pump: 76mm.
● Ambient temperature: ≤40ºC, altitude: up to 1000M.
● Flow range: 300m3/h-1200m3/h.
● Head use range: 10m-38m.
Storage
If long time no use, please storage as following terms:
1. Draw off diesel, oil, water in radiator.
2. Clean the engine and water pump, especially waste oil, dust, and so on.
3. Take off cable from batteries, cut off power.
4. Drain off water inside from screw under the pump body.
5. Clean pump body, impeller, pump body cover.
6. Wash and clear sand or mud inside pump.
7. Cover pump suction and outlet end preventing from sundries entrance.
8. Warehouse should be clean, dry, well ventilated. Corrosion material is prohibited. If storage is longer than 3 months, repeat the above mentioned steps.
