1. Use purified diesel:

Then clean or replace the filter regularly to achieve the purpose of purification.
2. Remove carbon deposits from various components:
During the operation of the diesel engine, polymers are attached to the valves, valve seats, injectors and piston tops. These carbon deposits will increase fuel consumption, and the generator set should be removed in time.
3. Maintain water temperature:
If the cooling water temperature of the diesel engine is too low, the diesel will not be burned completely, affecting the power output and wasting fuel. Therefore, it is necessary to use thermal insulation curtains appropriately, and pay attention to the use of soft water without minerals, such as flowing river water, for cooling water.
4. Do not overload:
Diesel generator sets will emit black smoke when overloaded, which is the fuel emission from incomplete combustion. As long as the machine often emits black smoke, it will increase fuel consumption and shorten the service life of parts.
5. Regular inspection and timely repair:
You must be diligent in your eyes and hands, check the machine regularly or irregularly, maintain it frequently, and repair it in time if there is a fault. Do not let the machine operate when it is faulty. Instead, it will cause greater losses.
