Self Priming Wastewater Pump

This kind of self priming wastewater pump's one advantage is non clogging.

Semi-open impeller structure makes large outflow way, allows max solid diameter around 76mm. Furthermore, we can install foot valve filter at end of suction hose to reduce solid into pump body.

Some points of main structure descriptions: semi-open impeller, single stage single suction, horizontal shaft position, centrifugal water pump, seal type: mechanical, high elastic coupling direct connection, or by belt and pulley, rotation speed 750-3000rpm, optional accessory: wheel trailer, engine weather canopy, ATS Ctrl panel, preheating system, vacuum assistant system, hanging framework, whole container covered, floating model, submersible equipment.

1.1 Shift maintenance (8-10hrs)

1.1.1 Check oil level.If higher than former,find reasons and clear them.If not enough,add to required level.

1.1.2 Check cooling water tank,if not enough,make it full.If no antifreeze used,when surrounding temperature lower 5℃,drain cooling water completely after stop engine.

1.1.3 Check fastenning bolt and screws,clear leakages of oil,fuel,water,air and so on.

1.1.4 Working in heavy dust conditions,clear air filters by compressed air.

1.1.5 Clear outer of the engine,such as mud,water,dirty oil.

1.1.6 During running,listen sound,exhaust air color,clear all faults and abnormalities.
