Self Priming Chemical Pump

These kind of self priming chemical pump can work for chemical factory or chemical waste water drainage. In order to prevent from corrosion, the pump body, impeller and shaft even seal unit have to use stainless steel as usual. Bronze impeller is also often in use.

The machine is constructed by diesel engine,flexible shaft coupling unit,water pump,suction pipeline and delivery pipeline,accessory spare parts,weather proof case,steel mounting base and fuel tank etc.The diesel engine and water pump have same rotation speed,so the two parts are connected by direct connection.Those main applications are for emergency draining of city water in rainy days,farm irrigation and drainage,industrial watering,fire fighting and so on.Especially used for watering and drainage in the powered off area.The machines can be designed according to the pysical requirements for different clients,such as superhigh pressure with little outflow,high pressure with medium outflow,medium pressure and outflow,low pressure with big ouflow and so on.The main functions are easy operations,convenient maintance,dustproof and wather proof.
