Automatic Diesel Generator Set

Automated diesel generator sets are mainly developed and produced to deal with problems such as mains power recovery and operating failures during the unit's operation. The degree of automation varies, and users can choose the control method that suits them according to their needs.

1. Display various operating parameters of the generator set and have an automatic alarm device.
The automatic control screen can display the generator speed, oil pressure, engine cooling water temperature, engine running hours, battery voltage, unit three-phase voltage, three-phase current, frequency, automatic/manual/disconnect function selection switch, mains battery charger, emergency stop switch, with high water temperature, low water level, low oil pressure, overspeed, low speed, short circuit overcurrent, high voltage, low voltage, charging failure and other alarm functions.
2. Automatic voltage regulation can improve power quality indicators and operating economy.
Electrical equipment has high requirements for the frequency and voltage of electric energy, and the allowable deviation range is very small. The automatic voltage regulator can keep the voltage constant and operate the speed regulator to adjust the frequency. The automated diesel generator set relies on the automatic adjustment device to complete the adjustment of frequency and useful power.
3. It can realize the automatic power supply conversion between the mains and the generator.
Under normal use, the control box is connected to the mains, and the floating charger in the control box is automatically charged to ensure the normal operation of the starting battery. When the power grid is off, undervoltage, or phase-lost, the generator set starts automatically. After successful startup, the control box controls the switch of the automatic conversion cabinet to switch the power supply circuit. When the mains power returns to normal, the automatic conversion switch switches to the mains power supply, and controls the generator set to run at no load until the engine temperature is balanced and lowered, and then automatically stops.

1. Automatic start
When the mains power fails: power off, Undervoltage, overvoltage, or phase-lost, the unit can automatically start, automatically increase speed, and automatically close the switch to supply power to the load.
2. Automatic shutdown
When the mains power is restored, the switch is controlled after it is judged to be normal, and the automatic switch from the generator to mains power is completed, and then the unit is controlled to slow down and automatically shut down after idling for 3 minutes.
3. Automatic protection
During the operation of the unit, if the oil pressure is too low, overspeed, or voltage is abnormal, the unit will be shut down urgently and an audible and visual alarm signal will be issued. If the water temperature is high or the oil temperature is high, an audible and visual alarm signal will be issued, and the unit will shut down normally after a delay.
4. Three-time start function
If the unit fails to start for the first time, it will start again after a 10-second delay. If the second start fails, it will start for the third time after a delay. As long as one of the three starts is successful, it will run according to the pre-set program. If three consecutive starts are unsuccessful, it will be considered as a failed start and an audible and visual alarm signal will be issued. It can also control the start of another unit at the same time.
5. Automatically maintain the quasi-start state
The unit can automatically maintain the quasi-start state. At this time, the unit's automatic periodic pre-oil supply system, the automatic heating system of oil and water, and the automatic charging device of the battery are put into operation.
6. Maintenance start function
When the unit has not been started for a long time, it can be started for maintenance to check the performance and status of the unit. Maintenance startup does not affect the normal power supply of the mains. If a mains failure occurs during maintenance startup, the system will automatically switch to normal startup and be powered by the unit.
