The mining multi-stage centrifugal pump is a wear-resistant multi-stage centrifugal pump with improved design based on the D-type single-suction multi-stage centrifugal pump. Mining multi-stage centrifugal pumps have the characteristics of energy saving, wear resistance, reliability, and long life. They are especially suitable for mine drainage: pumping mine water and other similar liquids with a solid particle content of no more than 1.5% (particle diameter less than 0.5 mm), pumping liquid temperature ≤80℃.
Reasons for excessive current of mining multi-stage centrifugal pumps:
(1) The packing is pressed too tightly.
(2) The rotor part rubs against the fixed part.
(3) The water supply is too large.
Corresponding processing method:
(1) Loosen the packing gland.
(2) Check and adjust the rotor clearance.
(3) Turn down the outlet valve to reduce flow.
