Horizontal multistage centrifugal pump working conditions

Horizontal multi-stage centrifugal pumps are mainly suitable for water supply, drainage and fire protection in urban high-rise buildings, water supply and drainage in factories and mines, long-distance water transportation, water in production process cycles, HVAC cycles, domestic water and other purposes.
1. Horizontal multi-stage centrifugal pumps are suitable for transporting clean water and substances with physical and chemical properties similar to clean water. The volume of solid insoluble matter does not exceed 0.1℅ per unit volume and the particle size is ≤2㎜.
2. Medium temperature of horizontal multi-stage centrifugal pump: -15℃~80℃
3. Working pressure of horizontal multi-stage centrifugal pump: system pressure ≤ 3.0MPa.
That is: system pressure ═ inlet pressure + pressure when the pump is working ≤ 3.0MPa.
4. The temperature of the surrounding environment should be lower than 40℃, and the relative humidity should not exceed 95℅.
5. Since the main components of this type of pump are made of cast iron, the medium transported should not be highly corrosive.
Note: If the medium contains fine particles or is highly corrosive.
