The submersible pump is quick and convenient to install and use. The installation work is as follows:
(1) After receiving the goods, you need to first unpack and check whether the installation box list corresponds to the contract, and check whether the supply name, specifications, spare parts, spare parts and tools are consistent.
(2) Check whether the parts of the submersible pump are obviously deformed or damaged during handling, transportation, and storage, and whether the fasteners are loose or fallen off.
(3) Check whether the cable of the submersible pump is damaged or broken; whether the entrance seal of the cable in the junction box is intact; if any possible leakage or poor sealing is found, it should be dealt with promptly and properly.
(4) Use a 500V megohmmeter to measure the insulation resistance of the motor relative to ground. The value should be no less than 2 megohms. Otherwise, the stator winding should be dried (the drying temperature should not exceed 120°C) or ask the seller for help.
(5) Check whether the oil chamber of the guide vane body is filled with oil. The oil in the oil chamber should be filled until the oil filling hole can be seen.
(6) Use a multimeter to check the resistance of each item. The values should be close to equal; check whether the ground wire is grounded.
(7) Rotate the impeller of the machine and check whether the reciprocating parts are flexible and ensure that there is no jamming.
(8) Check whether the connections of the oil and water probe, float switch, heating sensor and power distribution cabinet are valid and normal.
(9) Check whether the concrete foundation is strong and flat.
(10) Power on and run dry, check the direction of the water pump. Seen from the motor end, it rotates clockwise. Otherwise, swap the positions of the two phases at the power wiring. At the same time, the identification of the main cable and power interface should be recorded to prevent adverse consequences caused by reversal after diving.
(11) Determine the installation elevation. The installation elevation is very important and should comply with the value determined in the design and should not be changed without authorization.
