The prerequisite for the normal operation of the diesel generator is the use of fuel that meets the requirements.

The prerequisite for the normal operation of a diesel generator is the use of fuel that meets the requirements. It is also a basic condition for reducing nozzle joint failures and extending service life. Because the fuel used does not meet the requirements, the lubrication, sealing performance and viscosity of the diesel generator cannot meet the operating requirements, which will cause carbon deposition on the injector parts, resulting in increased wear of the injector parts and shortened service life. In addition, if the fuel is not purified, the fuel filter device is damaged or the filter element is removed, the oil circuit is "smoothed", resulting in a shortened service life of the nozzle coupling.

When analyzing and judging the faults of various parts of the diesel generator system, a variety of specific methods can also be adopted according to their respective characteristics. For example, when looking for faulty parts of the oil circuit or electrical equipment circuit of the diesel engine fuel supply system, segmented inspections can be performed based on the system to isolate the fault to the smallest possible scope. During inspection, parts prone to failure and their corresponding parts should be checked first, and then other parts should be checked. After determining the location of the fault, the fault should be eliminated accurately and meticulously based on the specific conditions of the fault. After troubleshooting, test the engine and check the working status of the diesel generator to determine whether the fault is completely eliminated.
