1. For the fuel tank of the diesel generator, try to choose a standard fuel tank with good quality, which has the characteristics of good sealing and no oil leakage. The oil outlet, oil return port, oil filling port, oil drain port, oil overflow port, etc. are all equipped with oil level indicators. The most important thing for the oil tank is to have good sealing, otherwise oil leakage will be difficult to take care of. Excessive oil mist will be corrosive to the machine and difficult to clean. Therefore, the fuel tank should be as far away from the diesel generator set as possible.
2. Because diesel is corrosive to a certain extent, when choosing oil pipes, it is best not to choose plastic pipes or rubber hoses. Instead, choose hard copper pipes or galvanized steel pipes, and connect the unit tightly to prevent oil leakage. The oil pipe must also have a dedicated ground trough or pipe, and cannot be in the same trough as the cable. Both the oil tank and the cable must have a diesel generator movable cover.
3. The turbocharger, exhaust pipe and muffler are wrapped with high-temperature resistant glass wool or aluminum silicate, which can provide heat insulation and noise reduction. In addition, the outdoor smoke exhaust outlet should be facing the ground and equipped with a rainproof cap.
4. It is best to use a charger that does not require personnel operation, and a sealed and protection-free starting battery.
