When installing the air filter, do not miss, reverse or incorrectly install the sealing gaskets and rubber connecting pipes, and ensure the tightness of each embedding. The paper dust cup air filter used needs to be cleared of dust once every 50-100 hours of operation. Use a soft brush to brush off the surface dust. If the operation time exceeds 500 hours or is damaged, it should be replaced in time. Use an oil bath air filter. Every 100-200 hours of operation, clean the filter element with clean diesel and replace the lubricating oil in it. If the filter element is broken, it needs to be replaced immediately. Pay attention to adding lubrication according to regulations during use. Oil.
If the lubricating oil filter is not maintained in time when the diesel engine is in use, the filter element will become clogged, the lubricating oil pressure will increase, the safety valve will open, and the lubricating oil will flow directly into the main oil passage, which will intensify the wear of the lubricating surface and affect the service life of the diesel engine. Therefore, the lubricating oil filter must be cleaned every 180-200 hours of operation. If it is found to be damaged, it should be replaced immediately to prevent impurities from entering the lubricating surface. When the diesel engine is used in different seasons, the crankcase and lubricating surfaces should also be cleaned. The method is to use lubricating oil, kerosene and diesel mixed as washing oil. After the lubricating oil is released, washing oil can be added for cleaning. Then, the diesel engine runs at low speed for 3-5 minutes. Drain all the washing oil and add new lubricating oil.
Various fuel filters in the fuel supply system should be cleared of debris or replaced every 100-200 hours of operation, and the fuel tank and oil pipelines should be thoroughly cleaned. Especially for electronically controlled common rail systems, due to high-pressure precise injection, the fuel system has high precision components and small fitting gaps, which places higher requirements on the filtration efficiency and water separation efficiency of the fuel filter. The first-level oil-water separator and the first-level diesel fine filter require water separation efficiency greater than 95% and particle filtration efficiency of 3-5 microns greater than 98.6%. Such as BOSCH, Luber Finder, Fleetguard, Mann-Hummel, Parker, etc. In China, there are DIFITE, etc. During daily maintenance, you should be particularly careful. If you find any abnormalities or the mileage and time have reached the engine specifications, you need to replace them in time. When changing oil during seasonal transition, all parts of the entire fuel supply system should be cleaned. The diesel used should meet seasonal requirements and undergo 48 hours of sedimentation and purification treatment.
