A diesel generator is a small power generation equipment that uses a diesel engine as the prime mover to drive a generator to generate electricity. Diesel generators can be used for daily power generation and emergency power generation in various homes, offices, large, medium and small enterprises.
Diesel generator display alarms generally have the following reasons:
1. The water temperature is too high.
It means that when the generator is running, water and fans are needed to cool down the diesel engine. When the water temperature in the generator reaches above 95 degrees Celsius, the water temperature too high module in the generator will respond, and the diesel engine will alarm and then shut down to cool down.
2. Low oil pressure protection.
Low oil pressure here refers to engine oil rather than fuel. If the fuel is too low, the machine will clearly hear the sound. Just check and refill the fuel. When the engine oil falls below the warning level, the generator will alarm and stop operating.
3. Overcurrent protection.
When the user's load exceeds the rated power of the generator, the generator will alarm and shut down.
4. Overload protection.
Overload protection is similar to overcurrent protection. It mainly protects users from overload operation and exceeds the rated power of the generator.

There are also some protections that are inherent in some machines such as voltage, short circuit, open circuit, etc. If the generator displays an alarm, the owner can troubleshoot the fault based on the above reasons. If it cannot be solved, it is recommended to ask a professional.
