1. After the diesel fire pump is turned on, first check the working current of the motor to confirm whether the working function of the pump is normal. If there is a fault, stop and check immediately.
2. When the pump water check is OK, move the clutch handle of the pump to the position marked "minute".
3. Observe the pressure gauge of the diesel fire pump. When you know that the pointer of the pressure gauge is at the rated working pressure, open the valve and slowly open it until it no longer fluctuates. In order to ensure safety and long-term use, maintain stability in all aspects when working the machine.
4. The temperature of the diesel fire pump is very important, including the temperature of the motor bearing. The high temperature cannot exceed 75 degrees, so you must also insist on checking when not in use to ensure that the temperature and working current are within the normal range.
5. The pressure of the valve group should be stable, and it is better to maintain a certain value. It is better to keep about 0.8mpa. If the pressure can be maintained, it can work normally, but if the pressure is unbearable, it is necessary to adjust the outlet appropriately. To make the pressure reach the required conditions.
6. After the diesel fire pump stops, if it is confirmed that there are no other faults, the clutch handle can be moved to the "joint" position. The work is not over yet. In addition, the opening valve must be turned over and the float must be reset for the next use.
7. After the diesel engine fire pump stops working, to restore it to its original state, please perform this step according to the valve switch indication diagram of the pump itself.
