Diesel engine water pumps are flexible and mobile, and the equipment integrates driving power, which can be used for emergency drainage and rescue in areas without a power supply. When the equipment arrives at the site, the engine can be started with the control system installed to drive the pump to pump the fluid, which is convenient and fast.

Intelligent control system of diesel engine water pump:
As a commonly used diesel engine water pump in hydraulic equipment, people are not unfamiliar with it, but ordinary people must have little contact with the intelligent control system of diesel engine water pumps. The intelligent control system of diesel engine water pumps is the intelligent design adopted for the pump group. It is also because of intelligence that the requirements for the intelligent control system of water pumps are also relatively strict, mainly including four aspects: fully automatic control design, optional manual control, automatic program control, remote control, forced start, and other control modes. Only when these four requirements are taken into account can the operation of diesel engine water pumps be perfect.
It is necessary to regularly check whether the amount and quality of oil in the diesel engine water pump oil pool meet the requirements.
Before starting the diesel engine each time, the amount and quality of the oil in the diesel engine pump should be checked (except for diesel engine pumps that rely on forced lubrication by the engine) to ensure that the amount of oil is sufficient and the quality is good. If the oil deteriorates due to mixing with water or diesel, it will cause early wear of the plunger and the oil outlet valve pair, resulting in insufficient power of the diesel engine and difficulty in starting. In severe cases, it will cause corrosion and rust of the plunger and the oil outlet valve pair.
Due to internal leakage of the diesel engine water pump, poor operation of the oil outlet valve, wear of the oil pump tappet and housing, and damage to the sealing ring, diesel will leak into the oil pool and dilute the engine oil. Therefore, it should be replaced in time according to the quality of the engine oil. When replacing, the oil pool should be completely cleaned and the sludge and other impurities at the bottom of the oil pool should be removed. Otherwise, the engine oil will deteriorate again after a short period of use. The amount of engine oil should not be too much or too little. Too much oil in the governor can easily cause the diesel engine to "run away", and too little oil will cause poor lubrication. The oil dipstick or oil plane screw should be used as the standard.
In addition, when the diesel engine is not used for a long time, be sure to check whether there is water, diesel, and other impurities in the engine oil in the diesel engine water pump oil pool. If so, replace it immediately. Otherwise, due to long-term storage, the moisture can easily cause the plunger and oil outlet valve parts to rust and get stuck, leading to scrapping.
