2. Maintain the best fuel supply angle. If the fuel supply angle is offset, the fuel supply time will be too late and the fuel consumption will increase greatly.
3. Ensure that the machine does not leak oil. The diesel engine oil pipeline often has holes due to uneven joint surfaces, deformation of gaskets or damage to the surface. The solution is to apply valve paint on the gasket and put it on the glass plate to grind it flat, and then straighten the oil pipe joint. Add a diesel recovery device, and use a plastic pipe to connect the return oil pipe on the oil nozzle to the hollow screw to allow the return oil to flow into the fuel tank.
4. Purify the oil before use. More than half of the faults of diesel engines come from the fuel supply system. The treatment method is to let the purchased diesel settle for 2-4 days before use, which can settle 98% of the impurities. If it is bought and used immediately, two layers of silk cloth or toilet paper can be placed at the fuel tank refueling filter.
5. Appropriately increase the diesel engine pulley, increase the water pump speed when the diesel engine is running at a reduced speed, increase the flow rate and lift, and achieve energy saving.
