1. Diesel generator set battery: If the battery is not maintained for a long time, the electrolyte water will not be replenished in time after evaporation. If there is no starting battery charger, the battery will decrease in power after long-term natural discharge.
2. Diesel generator oil: The oil has a certain shelf life, that is, if it is not used for a long time, the physical and chemical functions of the oil will change, causing the cleanliness of the diesel generator set to deteriorate during operation, which will cause damage to the unit parts.
3. Cooling system: If there is a problem with the cooling system, there will be two results.
a. The cooling effect is not good, causing the water temperature in the generator set to be too high and shut down;
b. The water tank leaks and the water level in the water tank drops, and the diesel generator set will not work normally.
4. The increase in the amount of carbon deposits in the fuel/gas distribution system will cause the amount of fuel injected by the injector to be affected to a certain extent, resulting in insufficient combustion of the injector, uneven injection of each cylinder of the engine, and unstable operating conditions.
5. Fuel tank: Water enters the diesel generator set. The water vapor in the air will condense under the change of temperature, forming water droplets attached to the inner wall of the fuel tank. When the water droplets flow into the diesel, the water content of the diesel will exceed the standard. When such diesel enters the engine high-pressure oil pump, it will rust the precision coupling parts. If it is serious, it will damage the unit.
6. Three filters: During the operation of the diesel generator set, oil or impurities will be deposited on the filter wall, and long-term lack of maintenance will reduce the filtering function of the filter. Excessive deposition will cause the oil circuit to be unblocked. When the equipment is working, it will not be able to use normally due to the lack of oil supply.
7. If the silent diesel generator is used for too long, the line joint may be loose and need regular inspection.
